What is a Puzzle Boat?

A Puzzle Boat is a large-scale solving extravaganza with puzzles that feed into other puzzles, which in turn all feed into one large overall puzzle. Puzzle Boat 4 will include over 150 puzzles and is intended for six to eight solvers.

Time and Date

October 14th, 2017 at 10AM (Arizona time zone). Puzzle Boat 4 will be available from that point onward. The cost per team is $15.

Puzzles

Most of the puzzles are word, trivia, and logic puzzles covering a wide gamut of difficulty and genres.

How Do You Get Puzzle Boat 4?

First gather up some friends to solve with as a team. Each team member should have a login for P&A Magazine. If you already subscribe to P&A Puzzle Magazine or have purchased either of Eric Berlin's Escape puzzle suites, sign in with your username and password above. If you haven't, click Register above and create an account. If you forgot your username and password, go here.

• Designate one person in your group to be captain. The captain should then purchase Puzzle Boat 4.
• The captain should name the ship.
• Everybody else in your solving group should sign in. You will be prompted to join a team. Join the team your captain set up.
• The captain then accepts the rest of the solving group. They can then mark the team closed.

Epilogue

Once you finish Puzzle Boat 4, you will have access to an Epilogue.

Kickstarter

We have created teams for everyone who backed Puzzle Boat 4 on Kickstarter for $100. Whoever backed the project is the captain, can name the ship, and add team members.

If you backed Puzzle Boat 4 on Kickstarter at the $25 level, the one round of puzzles (12 puzzles plus its meta) will appear as a separate issue on the P&A website You also have the option of upgrading your purchase to a full Puzzle Boat for $75.
